1、玉米面粉一份(150克)
2、普通白面粉一份(150克)
3、干酵母5克
4、鸡蛋一只
5、鲜牛奶约50毫升
6、干红枣6~8粒
做法:
将1~4项混合后用鲜牛奶和面,醒发至两倍大小取出揉光。
红枣去核切块摆在表面,继续覆盖二次醒发40分钟。
凉水上笼,上汽后大火蒸20分钟,然后关火闷5分钟出锅即食。
