SUMMARY:随着周一离岸人民币汇率破7,美股指及美10年期国债收益率大跌,今日股市略微回温。今天(8月6日星期二)的房贷利率价格延续了昨天的利好,和昨天基本持平。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年固定维持在3.625%,15年固定为3.125%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.5%,15年固定为3.0%。
