SUMMARY:今天(3月26日星期四)美国股市继续猛涨,而房贷二级市场波澜不惊,房贷利率和昨天相比仍然基本持平。目前重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍为3.375%,15年固定仍为3.125%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.25%,15年仍维持在3.000%。
美联储出重手救市,房贷利率重探新低指日可待!如果你想锁定一个理想的利率,你首先应尽快选定一家贷款公司开始递交房贷申请,着手准备材料,然后就耐心等待,等到利率满意的时候再下手锁定利率。现在重新贷款的人很多,各家贷款公司都在满负荷运转;同时现在利率变好通常维持的时间很短,如果你等到利率变好的当天再下手开始申请,很有可能会贻误时机。
