SUMMARY:今天(3月27日星期五)美国股市震荡下跌,房贷利率和昨天相比稍微变好。目前重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍为3.375%,15年固定仍为3.125%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.25%,15年仍维持在3.000%。
