SUMMARY:今天(4月2日星期四),美国申领失业救济的人数达到了创纪录的6百万人,明天美劳工部将发布的3月份就业报告不容乐观。现在美联储和美国政府正在紧锣密鼓地推出各项救市的计划,如大量购买房贷打包债券,发放中小企业救济贷款等等。可以预见,由于大批失业造成的房贷月供迟付,房贷利率市场还会继续动荡变差;但随着政策性救市手段的不断落实,在未来的几个个月内,除非再出现重大破坏性事件,房贷利率将很有可能逐渐站稳脚跟,并稳步回落。
目前重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率维持在3.375%,15年固定仍为3.25%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.25%,15年略涨至3.000%。
美联储出重手救市,房贷利率重探新低指日可待!如果你想锁定一个理想的利率,你首先应尽快选定一家贷款公司开始递交房贷申请,着手准备材料,然后就耐心等待,等到利率满意的时候再下手锁定利率。现在重新贷款的人很多,各家贷款公司都在满负荷运转;同时现在利率变好通常维持的时间很短,如果你等到利率变好的当天再下手开始申请,很有可能会贻误时机。
