最近一段时间,夜晚尿频。而且血糖也比以前高一些。
上网查了一下,Mayo Clinic 又一篇 Prediabetes 文章说尿频是prediabetes的症状之一:
- Increased thirst
- Frequent urination
- Excess hunger
- Fatigue
- Blurred vision
我还没有其它症状。
总结一下最近的Lifestyle改变:
1. 运动量少了---因为膝盖周围肌肉损伤的缘故。需要休息。运动和饮食是主要的防控糖尿病的方法。
Solution: 加长运动时间,以弥补量的减少。
2. 睡眠变好了 --- 是不是长期控制饮食的结果? 文章说:
Sleep. People with obstructive sleep apnea — a condition that disrupts sleep repeatedly — have an increased risk of insulin resistance.
这是一个正面因素。
3. 红肉吃的多了一些:羊肉,猪肉。以前都是鸡肉。因为疫情,没有去COSTCO买鸡肉,然后又希望食品变化一些,就网购了羊肉和猪肉。
这篇文章说:
Diet. Eating red meat and processed meat, and drinking sugar-sweetened beverages, is associated with a higher risk of prediabetes. A diet high in fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grains and olive oil is associated with a lower risk of prediabetes.
4. 豆类有惊人的碳水化合物 (15g/0.3cup)! 可是我忽视了!每次吃1杯以上!
5. 蔬菜也吃得过量,因为它的碳水化合物也不低!(24g/cup)
6. 胡萝卜当零食,不怎么好!含糖量太高!
这几个因素综合起来,我感觉,运动量减少可能是最大因素。豆类,蔬菜,红肉是第二因素。
所以:
1. 现在疫情快要过去,可以继续吃鸡肉
2. 加长运动时间
3. 开启饮食新篇章:Mediterranean diet (ADA 也推荐的饮食)
4. 不再吃豆类食品(碳水化合物太高!以前犯了巨大错误)(豆腐除外)
5. 蔬菜也要定量(24g carb/cup)!
6. 不再使用胡萝卜当零食!
这篇文章还说:
Prediabetes has been linked with unrecognized (silent) heart attacks and can damage your kidneys, even if you haven't progressed to type 2 diabetes.
所以,就是prediabetes, 它还是会引发:
1. 隐形心脏病突发(silent heart attack)
2. 损害肾脏。
