清凉夏日山药的两种享受-酸甜蓝莓山药|絲滑蓝莓山药冰淇淋(图文+视频）

一根山药做两种小吃酸甜蓝莓山药，絲滑蓝莓山药冰淇淋，两个都做法简单，零失败。

蓝莓山药吃起来酸甜可口，是夏日里既美味又养生，同时又老少皆宜的凉菜，蓝莓山药冰淇淋口感细腻滑润，蓝莓酱的紫红和山药的洁白兩者相互搭配顏色非常靓丽，既有顏值同樣味道也很棒。

 

蓝莓山药做法：

清水里加一勺白醋，搅匀，放山药可以防止山药变色， 手带上手套以免削山药容易手痒，削皮切条，切1厘米宽10-15厘米长细长条，放清水中，开水煮4-5 分钟，过凉水，摆盘，每层三条搭五层，蜂蜜或水稀释蓝莓酱淋上即可

蓝莓山药冰淇淋做法：

山药切块蒸25分钟左右，叉子搅打成泥，加适量糖，分次加少量牛奶，杯子底铺蓝莓酱，挤花袋挤山药泥到杯中，淋上蓝莓酱，冷藏后再吃口感更清凉
