后悔移民加拿大之庞氏骗局养老金等福利体系？

加拿大有哪些福利呢？加拿大的福利，贯穿了几乎每个人的一生：从子宫到坟墓，都有福利可以享受，而提供这些福利的人也都并不感觉到心理失衡，因为这个福利保障体系可能会在生命的某些时刻，具体帮助曾经为这个体系付出的每一个纳税人。

就养老金而言，这种福利体系是不是传说中的“庞氏骗局”呢？与天朝的退休金体系有什么差异呢？且听我慢慢道来。。。
