I was very lucky to find a weekend night babysitting job just three weeks after moving to the US. All I needed to do was to sit with 2 elementary school kids and watch their favorite TV show and then ask them to go to bed. What could be easier than that?
Everytime I came over, their mom would tell me that dinner was all prepared and I was welcome to join the kids for dinner. One day, their mom told me that the kids have already had some kind of chicken dinner, and she also asked me if I had had that type of chicken. I was confused and thought, how could she think that I had never eaten that type of chicken before in my life!
After a while, the kids came out of their room. I took a look at their face, all of the sudden I realized what the mom had just told me; the kids hadn't had chicken, they had chicken pox!
