方方正正，软软绵绵的蜂蜜牛奶吐司，一口一口停不下来

蜂蜜是天然的面包改良剂，能延缓面包老化，让面包更加保湿，柔软，蜂蜜的馥郁香甜让面包有了诱人的味道

配料：（450g吐司模）

40g   鸡蛋
3g     盐 
20g   糖
120g 冰牛奶
30g   蜂蜜
260g 高筋面粉
3g     酵母   
25g   黄油 

 

做法：

把除黄油外的所有材料先搅拌至可以拉出厚膜，放黄油，先慢后快，把面团打至完成阶段

基础发酵至两倍大后，分割滚圆，松弛，整形

放在温暖湿润的地方，最终发酵至九分满

烤箱提前预热到200C，烤35分钟
