这是一款细腻到极致的绿豆沙,“日式和菓子”的馅,一次做出3种口味,适用于各种点心。做法也比较简单。

材料:

去皮绿豆200克,糖120克,油50克,盐1克,中筋面粉10克,水600克

抹茶粉、巧克力粉适量

过程:

1.去皮绿豆清洗干净。泡水2个小时。用高压锅煮30分钟。

2.用搅拌机把煮熟绿豆沙打成糊状,并过筛。

3.绿豆糊倒入锅中加入其它的材料,炒到抱团。取出放凉即可。
