一个不参加全州统考，一个超时作业，我要管吗？

上周遇上两个育儿问题：家里的初三生，自主选择不参加全州统考；另一个是家里的高三生，一个绘画作业多花了10个多小时来做，作为家长，我訪不该管？如果是你，你怎么做？
