烤鸡翅，一定要把油脂烤出来，鸡皮才香，不腻人。还有鸡肉不干，要嫩，要多汁，鸡翅的上色不是靠酱油上色，是烤出的颜色。这样的烤鸡翅才好吃。

我的蒜香脆皮鸡翅，蒜香浓郁，鸡皮酥脆，焦香，里嫩多汁。
