【姜葱鱼片】用最简单的材料做美味家常菜 （图文+ 视频）

用在Costco买的罗非鱼柳做了姜葱鱼片，鱼肉鲜嫩爽滑，非常快捷营养的家常菜！

鱼柳斜刀切片，用盐、白胡椒、料酒、姜片、蛋清、淀粉腌制10分钟左右。

同时，准备配料葱姜蒜，还加了两个小米椒，喜欢有一点点辣味。

准备料汁，鸡汤、料酒、蚝油、糖，根据自己喜欢的口味随意调整配比。

先后爆香姜、蒜，加入料汁烧开，加入鱼片、兜匀，再加入葱段和辣椒，最后水淀粉勾薄芡，就可以出锅享用了。

鱼汤拌米饭，鲜咸中带着一点辣的回味，觉得以后汤汁还是得多做点。
