【南瓜中空戚风】金灿灿的南瓜戚风，看看就很美！不要再气疯，跟着我做很简单！方子用了十几年蝴蝶老师的好方子（图文+视频）

    南瓜因为它的营养价值和金黄的颜色常被用到各种点心中，加了南瓜泥的蛋糕金灿灿的有着超高的颜值，同时超级的软。

    方子用了十几年，是烘焙界的神人、我的好姐妹蝴蝶老师的。

    现在网络上有很多中空戚风的方子，同样是18CM的中空模，有些方子用到了6个甚至8个鸡蛋，我一直想不通为什么需要那么多？在这个方子中为了让网友们方便我放了4个蛋黄，如果追求更加轻盈的口感，可以只放2个或3个蛋黄，可以做出同样高度的蛋糕。

材料ingredients:

鸡蛋 Egg 4pcs、 牛奶Milk 55g、 糖 Sugar 58g、低粉Cake Flour 75g、玉米油 Corn oil 48g、柠檬汁 Lemon juice 2g、南瓜泥 Pumpkin  60g

烤盘尺寸：中空戚风模18cm/7寸

Cake Pan size 18cm/7''

烤箱预热340°F(170°C）中层烤35分钟
