SUMMARY:今天(8月2日星期一)房贷二级市场的利率价格和上周五相比稍微变好。目前30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍维持在2.75%,15年固定仍为2.125%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为2.625%,15年固定为2.0% with 0 point, plus closing cost。
