          咸鱼炖豆腐是一道色香味俱全的传统名肴，咸鱼味道鲜美，还有丰富的营养价值。咸鱼小火炖熟以后再加入大片嫩豆腐，一起慢炖十几分钟就可以，这时的豆腐颤颤巍巍的，口感非常嫩滑，可以说豆腐比鱼还好吃。
