SUMMARY:今天(2022年2月2日星期三)房贷二级市场的利率价格和昨天相比稍微变好。目前加州30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍勉强维持在3.5%,15年固定仍为2.8750%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为3.375% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 3.401%),15年固定为2.625% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 2.689%)。
