Jim Kwik的提高记忆力的培训,一共31天,收费$297, 每天不到$10,每天只要花30分钟听课,然后再花30分钟做训练。

每天晚上睡前,早上起来的好习惯。比如晚上回忆一下一天发生的事情,想3件感恩的事情。早上起来记录一下梦中的事情,用左手刷牙,运动3-4分钟。

有两个提神的运动:交替提腿/触脚趾;抓住对侧耳朵的深蹲

记忆力的测试:让朋友把下面这20个词念给你听,念完一遍,看你能说出几个,最好按顺序。然后找出关联性 (basic association),就可以轻松记住了。可以准确地把这20个词按顺序重复出来。

3. I want to be a person connected with the experience I have, the places I have been, the people I have interacted with. 

My reading speed: 
1. Before using tracer, 24 lines (240 words)/min 
2. Using finger tracer, 30 lines (300 words)/min

Do I want to read a book every week? I am not sure, because I do not know how to use that much of information and put them into my day to day practice.

So I will focus on expanding my professional reading first. That's a place I will see a difference quickly. I may try to read leisure material in the speed read fashion, such as my yoga text book. Speed reading does not mean less retention. This will translate to faster and more decision making.

过去这两周接触到Jim Kwik在油管的Super Brain的一个系列的节目,非常喜欢。决定每个都听听,记笔记,同时开始体验。这个Mindvalley也卖APP, 但是我先不急,自学一下免费的内容,看看效果。今天的课题是:

--Clarify: 清楚你的目标,很多事情还是要看结果的·。我的几个目标:工作上提高成效,减少工作时间。家庭中,更好地和家人沟通,更多地达成一致。生活上,开拓更广阔的空间,快乐地体验以往接触不多的领域。总而言之,让生活更轻松快乐,就是我的目标。
--Care: 照顾好自己,吃好,睡好。一些对大脑好的食品,我都在吃了: 野生三文鱼,干果,蓝莓,绿叶子菜,broncholi, 橄榄油,黑巧(如果要增加cocao 可可的摄入,可能要吃一些含糖的黑巧)。睡眠时间,质量足够,享受梦境。睡眠把短期记忆转化成长期记忆,梦境中我们特别有创造力。

--多和正能量的人,和你想成为的人在一起。现在可以通过看视频,跟博主实现。我就要成为Jim Kwik那样记忆好,可以帮助别人更好地学习的人。如果我们提高了学习能力,和技巧,就可以学得更快,有更广阔的视野。
