用料 中号鸡蛋 2个 吐司 2片 火腿片 4片 芝士片 2片 熟黑芝麻 根据口味添加 食用油 适量 制作步骤 1 吐司切掉4边。2个鸡蛋里加入黑芝麻，打散成蛋液。平底锅里刷一层油，开小火，把蛋液倒进平底锅，让蛋液摊开。 制作步骤 2 两片吐司并排在蛋液里蘸一下，然后快速翻过来。在一片吐司上放上火腿片、芝士、火腿片。 制作步骤 3 小火煎一会儿，蛋液凝固成蛋饼后，上下两边向里折，把吐司包起来，然后再对折两片吐司就好。 诀窍点 1、如果锅够大，并且喜欢吐司边，不切掉也很好。 2、锅选择略大于两片吐司的就好，否则蛋液会变得很薄。 3、全程开小火，否则蛋液很快凝固，就不能渗入到吐司里了，口感没那么好。
