VScode有用户版和系统板，前者限于单用户但无需系统授权，安装后其bin会在path下。VScode可能崩溃且重安装死在prepare这一步，W11命令行安装runas /machine:x86 /trustlevel:0x20000 也无效。此时只能下载绿色版，解压并增加其path：https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/324197/unable-to-install-visual-studio-code-editor?
