卷粉是我心心念念的家乡美食, 小时候吃过的家乡卷粉，柔软筋道Q弹 而且有着浓浓的米香味。那个时候1两粮票5分钱卖一条，很多小孩从卷粉店门前过都会流口水。

 

 

儿时喜欢吃的裹卷粉

两年前在网上卖了一个肠粉机，认真学习总结了一个适合在美国蒸卷粉的配方，还原了儿时的家乡美食，两年实践下来零失败，来我家吃过的都说好吃，朋友们都在等着我的视频呢。我用的是美国比较便宜的大米，大多数人不喜欢用它煮成米饭的口感， 然而用来蒸卷粉是我的首选，比用米粉做的好多了。

配方如下;

大米500克 太白粉（木薯粉）1/3杯 玉米淀粉2/3杯 盐1茶匙 植物油1汤匙

调料 姜、蒜、香菜、酱油、醋、油芝麻、油辣椒、花生酱等等
