竹枝詞九首（其二）- 劉禹錫

山桃紅花滿上頭，蜀江春水拍山流。

花紅易衰似郎意，水流無限似儂愁。

(Song of Bamboo Branch)

All over the high hill blossom peach flowers red,

Spring River of Shu laps the hill, then rolls ahead.

The flowers fade as quickly as thy fickle love,

The water runs on and on like my tears grief bred.

覺得選用low / flow / woe來當韻腳也很不錯，或許會比現在的 red 組合更加自然一些吧? 既然如此，那就再玩一版試試。

Peach flowers red the mountain high and low,

Spring River slaps the cliffs with a loud blow.

The flowers fade as quickly as thy fickle love,

The river runs forth like my endless woe.
