Streptomyces coelicolor基因组调查1

PNAS2003年关于GEOSMIN合成基因的文章，引发了2004年强哥及自己的一些想法。

1，探求蓝藻中相关的基因(强哥)

2，基因敲除---合成途经(我)

3，FPPS/GPPS基因---引物合成---特异专一条带的得到----部分序列----适用于至少2种以上的产MIB，GEOSMIN的蓝藻(我，2004)

5，检查Streptomyces coelicolor  genome,发现SCO6073 (cyclase)与FPPS/GPPS/。。并不是在相近的区，
