Brownie布朗尼

Brownie

奶油105g
白油80g
砂糖100g(原方子是220g,好怕怕。)
盐5g
全蛋3
低筋粉105g
高筋粉70g
巧克力粉25g(我用了两小袋pre melted的,是unsweetened)
小苏打2g
核桃60g
葡萄干(适量)
白巧克力(装饰用)

准备:
核桃放烤箱低温烤出香味,或者炒锅里炒一下出香味。放凉后切碎。
奶油室温软化
长方形烤盘铺纸
1 .奶油白油糖盐一起用打蛋器打发,全蛋分数次加入,每次加入都要打均匀。

2.加入pre melted巧克力,搅拌均匀

3 面粉小苏打过筛,加入,轻轻搅拌均匀,核桃和葡萄干也加入拌匀。

4.拌好的后放入铺过纸的烤盘内,用橡皮刀抹平,180摄氏(350华氏)烤35分钟。出炉后马上移出烤盘,放凉

5.凉透后切小块,直接吃。或者用白巧克力,糖霜,糖粉装饰一下。
