材料: 罐装原味雪菜(已有盐份在里面), 冷冻毛豆, 几个干红辣椒, 一根胡箩卜配色.
做法: 锅里烧热油, 放入雪菜翻炒几下, 炒出香味. 加入干红辣椒, 毛豆和胡箩卜丁, 翻炒几下, 然后加水炖至毛豆绵软入味, 收汁装盘. 因雪菜已有足够盐份, 无需再加盐.
心得: 要舍得放雪菜. 最好每个毛豆都有几根雪菜与之相配, 不要落了单.
