优先日期倒退可能将会发生

国务院指出9月份的优先日期对于某些类别的申请特别是中国和印度可能会发生倒退情况 (Visa Retrogression) 。因此对于目前EB-2优先日期已经排到队的人，应要尽快的把I-485送进去。有些客人如果因为怀孕无法做体检，还是要先把I-485送进去，然后等CIS的通知再补交。请看以下有关信息： The Department of State notes that September 2006’s Visa Bulletin will likely show additional retrogression of cut-off dates in the following categories: Worldwide EB4, China EB2 and EB3, India EB1, and Mexico EB3. That means that the priority dates in these categories will likely move back. If you are eligible to file your I-485 Application to Adjust Status at this time due to a current priority date, you would be wise to do so before the end of August so as to avoid additional retrogression.
