Theory of sleep

People are too busy these days. Some people say sleep is a waste of time because you can use that time to do other things. My husband believes it is not true. He thinks you only age when you are awake. Any time you subtract from your sleep will be subtracted from the end of your life. If you want to live long and be health, you should get plenty of sleep. Your body uses sleep to repair and regenerate. It is that simple but true!
