申请I-485时,是否需要employment letter.I-485的说明如下:

"If your adjustment of status application is related to anemployment based visa petition (Form I-140), youmust a letter on the letterhead of the petitioningemployer which confirms that the job on which thevisa petition is based is still available to you. Theletter must also state the salary that will be paid."

可是EB1A是不需要雇主的,对吗? 多谢!
