做法尽人皆知,俺不罗嗦.

坛子里有整理好的做法,俺是不知哪天瞎逛在另一个坛子里看到的波波原帖:

说一点点感受:

1.一定要听师父的话,让咱放啥就放啥,让放多少就放多少

2.要做到1,必须有个秤.

俺是买了一个便宜货,不能精确到克,但是俺觉得对俺是够了,至少对这个面包是够了.俺是按照方子量的2/3做的,所有成分都是精确计量过的,酵母粉和盐除外,因为分量太少,俺是估的.
