advice needed to take care of NB alone

_:\'( My parents won\'t be able to come as planned as my dad need to go for operation. Though I start to look for nanny, I am thinking of preparing for the worst. Any sisters had experiences in zuo4 yue4 zi3 alone by yourself? I was counting on my mom to teach me how to take care of NB, now I am trying my bests to read all the book and trying to catch up. And advice will be greatly appreicated.
