这个菜酸甜之中又有花椒的麻香,无论是吃饭或就粥都很好。
材料:土豆2个,汉源大红袍花椒1大勺左右,葱花,麻油
糖醋料:白醋2勺,糖2勺,柠檬汁,盐适量。这些原料拌匀即可。
做法:
1)土豆洗净去皮后刨成丝,然后在清水里净一下以去掉淀粉;
2)锅里油热后放入花椒爆香后捞出花椒;
3)放入土豆丝大火煸炒数下,加入糖醋汁C,继续大火翻炒,然后撒葱花淋麻油出锅。
注:土豆丝一定要用清水浸洗数遍以去掉淀粉。此外,炒次菜一定要用旺火,而且时间不要长,这样土豆丝才比较脆。
