Friday Evening Fun-Swimming

Life is like a ball. When you hit it harder, it will bounce higher.

We went to swimming this evening again. It has become a ritual that we go for swimming every Friday evening. We have many friends altogether. The kids enjoy the gethering very much. They are playing balls, strings or just running around. Amy is the smallest; however, she is a very good playmate for the bigger kids. Some kids are about 4 to 5 years old than Amy.
We went to swimming pool after work. We swam about 1 hour and play outside for about one hour.
Amy learned how to swim about half year ago. As she told me that she learned swimming in her dream. Now she is a very good swimmer. She could stay in water (warm water) for whole day. She like to swim by lying on water, swimming backward in her words. She swims almost as fast as I do.
I enjoy this moment very much too.
Today Amy and me tried diving. Amy could dive without any hesitate, fear. She dove from one meter spring board more than ten time. I dove about 5 times. Before I dove,  I always felt a kind uneasiness. It is a kind of fear. This fear is just like the fear that I experienced when I open my mouth to speak.
Tonight, we only have three family and three kids. They played very hard and had a very joyful evening.
I could flow on water when I was a kid. However, I learn swimming this year. Even though I could not do many styles, I could swim without fear. I feel I am totally relaxed in water. I swam in sea for about half a mile without stop this summer.
I am using swimming as a paradiam for stuttering. It contains the physical skills and psychological confidence. This analogy helps me to develp my current almighty project for overcoming stuttering. I know that I will succeed. I will write it down after I get back my freedom of speech.
Time out.
