很简单的一顿,还是习惯的向私房的XDJM们汇报一下吧.

做了一个凉粉,用绿豆淀粉对水,1:6, 先用3杯冷水把1杯淀粉和匀,加3杯开水,用小火加热,慢慢搅动,透明了,就好了,倒进一个容器待凉. 用刨子刨粗丝.

酱: 复合酱油,红油,麻油,蒜泥,醋,糖,味精,盐,芝麻酱,花椒油,芝麻,花生末,葱,红辣椒.

牛扁排骨, 用Yoshida sauce (any teriyaki sauce is fine),加蒜粉,胡椒,辣椒粉,米淋酒,麻油,腌4小时. 上桌烤好后取出骨头,用生菜包着吃.
