香肠芋头饭,雪菜水煮鱼,虾仁蛋炒饭


上周爬梯做了私房学来的香肠芋头饭,雪菜水煮鱼。经小小改动发挥了一下,味道还是不错滴。

香肠芋头饭
材料:虾米(用酒泡软),香菇洗净切粒,香肠切粒,芋头切粒,米,油,盐,酱油,少许葱花蒜蓉

先将香肠粒炒出油

再入虾米,香菇粒,葱花蒜蓉炒香

再加入芋头粒,大米,盐,酱油炒匀后倒入电饭锅加水开煮。水量比平时做饭时多一点,视力芋头量而定,二杯芋头粒多加半杯水。

成了!虽然卖相一般,味道真好。

雪菜水煮鱼
材料:雪里红(切碎),罐头笋丝,泡椒(切丝),豆腐(切块),鱼片(盐,白胡椒腌好),姜片,郫县豆瓣辣酱(一大勺),韩国辣椒粉(一小勺)

油锅烧热,放入韩国辣椒粉,郫县豆瓣辣酱炒出红色。再将雪菜,泡椒,笋丝入锅翻炒后,加几碗水煮开。

水开后入豆腐和腌好的鱼片,等水滚了之后就好了!

虾仁蛋炒饭。这个谁都会做吧?蛋炒好后,再炒虾仁,再炒饭,再撒些葱花。
