I have been working here since June 2002, and I prepared for the application in 2004 after my first paper in the US had been accepted for publication.

PD. APR. 2005,
I-140 APPROVAL: OCT 2005,
I-485 STUCK IN NAME CHECK,
A LETTER TO FL: FEB 2007,
NAME CHECK CLEARED: JUNE 2007,
RPE FOR TB TEST: OCT 2007.
Visit a senate office: Dec 20, 2007.
WELCOME NOTICE: THE END OF 2007.

I have two points: one is that if your name check is stuck, you have to write a letter to first lady; the second is if your case can not move forward, you better contact the congressman office or senate office for assistance.

Thank you for the helpful information I got from this website, and wish that all of you receive your welcome notice as you are expecting.

Happy New Year!
