做法:
(1)小排骨过滚水。白萝卜切块。
(2)水煮开,加入排骨,萝卜,姜片,酒大火煮滚,小火再煮焖煮30分钟。
(3)加盐,白胡椒,鸡精调味。撒青蒜叶。

4,取煲,加水,酒,腐竹,黄花,红枣,排骨,酱油,糖,豆腐乳2块,大火煮滚,小火煲3小时
