针对美国食品与药物管理局(FDA)的官员们指责在中国常州制药厂生产的肝素钠(HEPARIN)药品毒副作用明显,导致全球11个国家的103个人死亡这一不良中毒国际事件,最近,中国药品生物制品研究所的研究员金少鸿副所长在华盛顿新闻发布会上义愤填膺,据理力争。


BaxterInternational Inc. recalled batches of heparin after 19 people hadfatal allergic reactions. Since then the FDA has been investigating theplant in China where heparin is manufactured from pig intestines.

于金所报告的结论与美国FDA的观点不同,因此报告完毕后引起了与会专家们的极大关注和兴趣,会后根据SFDA代表团和中国驻美大使馆的安排,金少鸿在中国驻美使馆举行的记者招待会上接受中外记者提问。

对此,美国FDA药物研究与评价中心的女主任WOODCOCK不得不说,药物的反应有生物差异性,即便是在美国,也不是所有的人对肝素药物都有毒副反应。言外之意,中国人的抗药性比美国人强。




Janet Woodcock, director of FDA's Center for Drug Evaluation & Research. She also noted that reactions to the contaminated drug appear to depend onthe dose a person received and how quickly it was administered, and shesaid treatment standards can vary among countries. "Even in the U.S.,the adverse events did not occur in every individual who was exposed tocontaminated heparin, so there's some biologic variation," she added.

无独有偶,曾经和中科院一个名老院士谈话,院士也认为,由于长期的接触有毒物品和食物,我们中国人的抗药基因型,在全人类范围内都堪称出类拔萃,无与伦比的。

我们中国人从以前的缺医少药,一穷二白,到目前的全民对药物产生抗性,再到生产的药品满天下,不能不说是历史的进步和时代的盛举!
