简单版的盐焗鸡-

看大家都在做盐焗鸡, 我也来个简单版的, 小鸡擦干水后, 用盐, 白胡椒, 沙姜粉, 抹在鸡的里里外外, 进冰箱, 不盖, 敞开着, 过夜, 第二天, 在肚里塞一把香菜, 在外面喷一点橄榄油, 进375F烤箱, 烤40分钟, 用风扇那档烤.

韭花炒肉丝-

肉切丝, 用生抽, 胡椒, 味精, 糖, 料酒, 淀粉, 腌20分钟,

下油锅炒断生, 取出,

油锅, 炒香姜末, 加辣椒,红椒, 韭花, 炒软, 加肉丝进来, 加料酒, 盐, 糖, 胡椒, 再炒匀.
