paypal不让用 credit card

想下老土的DBA，忙了２个多小时了, paypal 帐号还没建好， 不让用credit card, 只让用bank account， 可怜我是用的哪家银行也不知道，怎么去找银行信息？ 只好等晚上找我家LD帮忙了， 还得等一下午， sighing.....
