Rock fish, also known as stone fish, lives in the coast region of Indo-Pacific oceans. Its name is from its behavior of camouflaging as rocks. It is poisonous or fatal to human. In the picture, you could see it has a bait connecting their nose (I don't know if this is the proper term for fish) by a string to lure some other fish. The rock fish in the pictures is about 10 to 15 cm long.
