我家小朋友(快四岁的贝贝和一岁半的弟弟)的民生问题

一日三餐是我家民生大计,下面是我家菜单。

早餐:小朋友上的蒙校规定八点半以前要到,所以早上我们吃得很简单。
* 牛奶和cereal,加些水果,通常不是蓝莓就是香蕉
* 快煮燕麦片上撒葡萄干和核桃
* 花生酱果酱三明治
* 全麦English muffin
* 全麦waffle
* granola bars
* yogurt
* 周六全家去吃外面吃丰盛的brunch。
* 周日去教会的路上一定先去Einstein Bro’s Bagels。

午餐:带便当去学校。我给他们一人一个Zojirushi的保温mini bento,可爱呢。我没有刻意给他们单独做午餐,通常他们带前一天的剩菜。以下菜单是没有剩菜时应急用的。都是前一天晚上准备好。

* 馄饨,饺子
* 番茄蛋炒饭
* 炒米粉
* 肉酱Pasta
* mac and cheese
* cheese quesadilla
* 菜饭,有时是火腿青菜,有时是三文鱼香菇
* 卤肉饭和卤蛋
* 肉丸,或是鸡腿,或是排骨
* 鸡丝凉面
* Chicken nuggets, fish sticks
* Turkey swiss sandwich or wrap 这个当然不用热。

Mini bento还有两个小容器装水果和蔬菜。水果各式都有,小朋友比较喜欢软的,有蓝莓,草莓,黑莓,kiwi,芒果,凤梨,木瓜,西瓜,蜜瓜,桃杏李,葡萄,橘子,梨子,洗净切块。苹果对我家弟弟来说还有点硬,樱桃有核也不行。

蔬菜种类也很多:
* 小番茄,黄瓜,chick peas,sweet peas,毛豆,玉米,豆腐,cheese
* 蒸熟的番薯,南瓜,红萝卜,茄子,butternut squash
* 烫熟的broccoli,豆角,花菜
* 煮熟的小鹌鹑蛋

晚餐:去邻居家拿便当,邻居妈妈煮得一手好菜,我们好喜欢。通常是一个素菜或豆腐,一个鱼虾类,一个肉丝炒菜或是熏鸡。饭后很多很多水果。
