《多瑙河之波》是19世纪末罗马尼亚的作曲家扬·伊万诺维奇所创作。他长期在布加勒斯特军乐队中任职，创作过一些器乐作品，但只有《多瑙河之波》有影响并且流传。这部作品原是一首为军乐队创作的吹奏乐圆舞曲，采用维也纳圆舞曲的形式，演出后由于受到人们的欢迎，作曲家还把它改编成钢琴曲。后来，这部作品在巴黎国际音乐比赛中获奖。但随着时间的推移，伊万诺维奇和他的作品便销声匿迹了。
