日本福岛核电站灌完水后，怎么排水极为关键！！

现在，福岛核反应堆冷却用的核污水是往核电站专用的放射性污水贮存池里排放的。排满了后，日本政府怎么办？这是一个关键。要么尽快再多挖些新的贮存池，要不就只能往大海中大量排放了。。。这将造成巨大的灾难性后果！

再紧急挖些新贮存池吧，既危险又费时费钱。你说日本政府最终会怎么办？基本可说是无计可施了。。。
