茶香竹筒饭的做法;腊肠2根、鲍鱼2只、蘑菇少许,米、茶水……[先说一个小插曲,说起茶,在我的世界观中只认三种茶,红、绿茶外加袋泡茶,其余都分不清了,除了相对能品出好坏,呵呵,今煮饭我只知用的是绿茶,知茶者轻拍,在此先谢,哈哈]
原料切片洗净,拌了泡过的米中,加入冲泡过的茶水,量与米齐平,放入竹筒中蒸40分钟即成

多春鱼1磅、抹茶、面粉少各少许、蛋1个、盐……鱼洗净用纸吸干水份撒盐少许,面粉中加入蛋、抹茶、盐拌至稀糊状,油锅烧7成热,将鱼入糊挂匀入油中炸成型捞出,最后复炸一次至脆即成,吃时沾抹茶盐即可,盐3茶1
