Fennel 炒牛肉

炒牛肉加一点Fennel有提香的作用。Fennel 在超市卖新鲜蔬菜的地方能买到, 有用它做炒菜附料的,也有用它做沙拉配料的。Fennel含有的营养包括蔬菜纤维,维生素B,A,C。



材料:瘦牛肉200克,横纹切薄片,Fennel两片切丝,葱半颗切斜葱花,姜三片切丝,红椒1/8切丝。

调料:腌肉料:生抽一大勺,老抽一茶勺,料酒一茶勺,芡粉一茶勺,橄榄油一茶勺。
炒肉料:橄榄油两大勺。
调味汁:盐一茶勺,醋一茶勺,生抽一茶勺,香油1/3茶勺,水一大勺,芡粉1/2茶勺。

做法:(1)将牛肉片用生抽,老抽,料酒及芡粉调匀后腌制半小时,再加入橄榄油拌匀。
(2)将调味汁调匀。
(3)炒锅热后放橄榄油,下牛肉炒至均匀变色盛出,锅内放入葱,姜,Fennel和红椒炒香, 下牛肉,倒入调味汁快速炒匀关火即可。

备注:大勺=15毫升(table spoon),茶勺=5毫升(tea spoon)。
