Day 1

Had some gluten-free cereal for breakfast. Lunch includes veggie, meat and brown rice ... nothing different from my regular lunch.
Ordered some gluten-free chips on Amazon for my late-afternoon snacks.
The first day has gone pretty smoothly so far ... untill I accidentally popped a mint in my mouth without realizing it could contain gluten. Oh well, what the heck, I thought to myself, it's just a mint.

For the most part, giving up gluten means no pizza, pasta, noodles or Chinese bread ... which are mostly Carbs ... I'm already feeling lean! : P

Had mild headache in the evening ... it faded at bed time.
