so far I did 3 times ultrasound after I knew I am pregnent. First time May27,2011, the ultrasound techinician showed me a shadow on the screen and told me that was the embryo. The second time was on June 8,2011 ordered by my OB Dr.Bhangu this time they gave me a black and white picture showing the whole body of the embryo,it was quite cute, the head was like the length of the body. Third time was on Aug.3,2011. The technician told me It Looks Like a Girl, and then also gave me a picture but only showing the head and the neck. I asked for the whold body one, he said the embryo was too big now and couldn't have the picture that show the whole body.

 

There is a place called SEE U BABY that you can pay to take 3D color ultrasound to see clearly the baby and confirmation with the sex. I am not sure to do it or not.

 

Now I am almost on the third trimester,three months to go, can't wait. I recalled the first time I tested home pregnency test was on May19 of course it was positive but I didn't believe. Then went to my family doctor Dr.Pang to do a blood test, it came out the same result, and my first time feeling the fetus moving was on Aug.10 when I was lying down on my dentist's office for the hygienist to clean my teeth. I was feeling like butterfly fluttering in my stomach so gently and briefly. First time I felt there was a little life growing inside me, it is really amazing.

 

Fist time to see my OB Dr.Bhangu was on June 3,2011. He is a serious old man in his 50's. Indian-Canadian, not speak too much. Each time I saw him went so fast say 5 minutes. Second time was on July 8, then on Aug.9, Sept.6, next time will be on Oct.5.

 

First time to hear the fetus'strong heat beats was in Dr.Bhangu's office on July 8 my second visit. He used a scope puting on my stomach and then the heart beats startled me- it was fast and strong.

 

Thank God so far everything is fine.

 

There are so many first time going on in my life. I am truely enjoying all these first times.
