早饭:
意式蛋饼, Frittata
培根炒出油, 加洋葱, 土豆, 加点盐,胡椒, 炒软, 加熏火鸡肉, 炒炒, 加豌豆, 倒入打散的蛋 (加了点酸奶油, sour cream), 底部凝固, 撒乳酪 (用了两种, Mozzarella, Pecorino ), 进400F烤箱, 烤10分钟, 乳酪烤化, 略显金黄, 就好了.

午饭:
牛排沙拉:
用了头天吃剩的牛排, 切片, 跟生菜做了一个沙拉,

晚饭:
牛尾罗宋汤
天凉了, 多喝汤, 又做了一大锅罗宋汤, 喜欢它有很多菜, 这次没炒面粉, 清淡点,
韩国店买的牛尾, 用高压锅压了30分钟, 再跟蔬菜一起炖.
