我是99%, my story 占领华尔街

When I came to the United States 10 years ago at age 25, I had nothing except a $5000 loan to my parents. I was the poorest 1%. By the way, I spoke no English at all that time.

When I graduated 5 years ago, I got a job and earned $78,000 a year, I was the 99%, I spoke broken English.

Now, I got more than 50 properties, almost all bought using cash (only 4 with loans). I can collect $47,000+ rent every month. Besides, I still have my job which pays more than $128,000 yearly. I guess I'm the top 1%. By the way, I'm still speaking broken English.

So based on my experience, I don't understand what those people complaining about. I have so many tenants who are all 99%. They are all happy because they live the life they chose. Same applied to me: I live the life I chose.

By the way, I'm working for Wall street too on hedge funds management. I occupy Wall street from the front door legally. There are still plenty space on Wall street, but you have to hard hard to occupy one legally and officially. In fact, you may not need to work hard, I never work hard, but everyone has to obey the regulation and guidelines.
